due Wednesday, May 16 - Sections E & F due Thursday, May 17 - Sections C & D As you are watching the movie, keep an eye out for references to the history we just learned about in class. When you see something, anything from our unit... a vocabulary word, a character who reminds you of a historical figure, one of the images we analyzed or something from a video... record it briefly in one of the boxes of the 6-square organizer so you don't forget about it. Nothing is too small.
Remember, you are writing your paper about the depiction of the era, so sometimes good examples are in the background. You can complete this while watching or after (remember that the video is posted on the Newsies page for rewatching), but after your first viewing session, you should have three examples from the movie that compare to history.
